This package option is ideal for clients who want to pursue a "mini intensive" of 5 weekly sessions as they begin their journey with Craniosacral Therapy. Common benefits of receiving this work weekly for 5 weeks include: a gradual re-tuning of the nervous system, the release of old emotions and trauma that have been stored in the body, and lasting relief from pain and/or tension. Clients who pursue a "mini intensive" tend to experience profound shifts in their well-being, which can be maintained with ongoing follow up sessions (e.g., every 4-6 weeks).
Weekly bookings are recommended for clients who have a specific issue(s) they want to address, but weekly bookings are not required! The sessions in this package expires 6 months after purchase.

This package option is ideal for clients who want to pursue a "full intensive" of 10 weekly or bi-weekly sessions as they begin their journey with Craniosacral Therapy. Common benefits of booking these sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis include: a gradual re-tuning of the nervous system, the release of old emotions and trauma that have been stored in the body, and lasting relief from pain and/or tension. Clients who make this longer-term commitment to receiving bodywork tend to experience and fully integrate transformational shifts in their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Weekly or bi-weekly bookings are recommended for clients who have a specific issue(s) they want to address, but weekly or bi-weekly bookings are not required! The sessions in this package expire 12 months after purchase.

I support people working through a very broad variety of health conditions, from concussions to PTSD; hormonal imbalances to depression and anxiety; and chronic pain to autoimmune diseases. The work I do facilitates deep healing and transformation within my clients at the physical, mental, and emotional level. I welcome all clients and I primarily work with women, including prenatal and postpartum women.
